Our house was built during the housing bubble in the late 2000's and one of the things the original builder didn't finish was an upstairs area. The previous owners elected not to finish it out, even though stairs, floor and wall supports were already in. In late 2020, We hired B&B Home improvements to finish this space out and assist us with some additional space improvements we need to continue to work from home during the pandemic.

It's one thing to build something from scratch or do a complete tear down and rebuild. It's another to inherit work from the builder and other contractors, with no information from either, and make something turn out right.

Along the way, B&B ended up taking care of a few ancillary issues just because they were here, including range vent pipe and electrical  issues left over from our time with Herndon Construction.
